Why isnt my diet working??!?! Please help.?
I am trying to lose to lose 40 pounds in 2 months, I dont care if its not healthy cause I want to do it so please dont respond by saying dont do it. I have been on a very strict diet for a week and a half now and I see 0 results. I am drinking only water and diet green tea. I have been eating a diet bar for breakfest, some gs or an apple around lunchtime, maybe chicken broth with carrots and celery later in the day and then grilled chicken or shrimp and veggies for dinner. I dont see how this very low calorie diet is producing no results. I am also doing 200 crunches a day as well and have been out having football catches ect... with my friends to stay active. Should I try diet pills or wait longer? Please help this is kinda urgent, thanks.
