Do you think having to many idiots in a Mountain Rescue team affects there capability?

I live in the Highlands of Scotland in ynt area and certain member of the local mountain rescue team should not be in the team because they are simply idiots. I'm experianced climber my self and if I got in to differculty I would raither drag my self of the mountain than these idiots in ynt mountain rescue. I just think only hard nosie mountaineers with years of experiance should only join mountain rescue. 10 years of mountaineering experiance not 3 years and because you work at Dournreay in Caithness sucking up the team leaders ****.
