I got a 30g blk video ipod should i get a 16gb i touch?

i got the 30g and my friend wants to buy a ipod so I'm thinking of selling him the 30g and buying a itouch (yes I'm gana have to add my own money) but i would get a ipod touch 16 gb and it like 2nd generation which means its got built in speakers and a ton of cool new things so whats you opinion should i keep 30g or get a 16gb i touch
