Don't Know What To Do Medically, Some Advice Would Be Great If That's Ok?

I feel really ashamed about it .... but today i had a really bad binge purge cycle.. that lasted over 7 hours... i dono if i should really be concerned.. or... what.. but i dono what i should do from here.. i know it dosn't sound like it ... but i am trying to Recover.. bit of a ..... well Huge slip up.. i know it's no excuse, but just trying to deal with a friends death, and mother in the hospital. I'm at the point of throwing up Bile.. i dono.. wether i should... try eating.. or not.. or drinking gatorade.. or.. drinking watter.. or if i should go to the doctors or hospital to make sure my electolytes are ok.... i'm sorry i really don't know what i should do. some advice would be great... please.. i know i'm stupid.. so.. if you can try to refrain from mean comments that would be fantastic thanks! .. thanks for taking your time to read.. and i hope you have a great .. day or night! sorry posted in wrong place
