Graphics card malfunctioning?

Make sure you have the latest driver ionstalled first. Check you PSU has enough wattage capacity to handle that card. I would expect typically a 400w PSu. Check your pci-e power connector aswell. Maybe not enough amps available on 12v rail. Might just be a faulty card. borrow a friends graphics card and try that. There are many possibilites to what might be going wrong.
