Sound like something a BIPOLAR-1 person might say, or just a cruel and nasty person?

Just because someone is bipolar doesn't mean they're not a jerk. This guy is very abusive and mean. I know it's hard when you break up with someone you have such intense feelings for, but you deserve to be with someone who loves and appreciates everything about you. My vote is just cruel and evil.
