Help with my 7 week old Kitten! Please?!?

As its becoming hotter.. im worried about my kitten, hes doesnt drink very much water, i have noticed him drinkin a little bit, he does eat wet food but im worried about the heat, do cats feel the heat like we do? Is there anything I can do to make him feel more comfortable??
