Creative Writing Help Again :)?

Hello again! So thanks to a previous user, I decided to come up with my fake place. I have the name and the description. However, I would like to create it now. I could easily draw it or do something on a Microsoft program, but i would like to find a free blueprint software or something in that nature online. If anyone could help, that would be amazing!
