Can you build a Japanese house in Sims 2?

I was wondering if someone could help me make a japanese home? I tried downloading it from MTS2.com, but i couldn't get any of them. Is there a way that i can make one myself? Can someone help me please? (i only have sims 2: double deluxe, so that's why i can't get the most upscale ones.)
